Key Responsibilities • Assist crews with asphalt paving, concrete installation, sealcoating, and line striping. • Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment. • Operate basic hand tools and small power equipment. • Maintain clean and safe job sites at all times. • Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to ensure efficient project completion. • Support various phases of construction work as needed. Qualifications • Preference for candidates with construction or asphalt experience (will train the right person). • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. • Strong work ethic and reliability. • Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols. • Valid driver's license.
