See More Details >>JOB SUMMARY Support the growth of sales within the assigned geographic territory for the Concrete Flooring Group by delivering strategic product recommendations, technical expertise, and training to PROSOCO’s field sales teams and customers. Ensure alignment with business development goals by fostering stronger relationships, optimizing regional product selection, and enhancing customer knowledge to drive increased specifications, sales and market penetration. Ideal candidate would be located in Seattle, Portland, Bay Area, Los Angeles, or Pheonix. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Support regional sales to grow and develop CFG markets within a defined geographical territory. • Evaluate needs and promote PROSOCO products and service to independent representatives, distributors, contractors, architects, and engineers. • Collaborate with field sales members to answer customers’ questions about products, and availability. • Emphasize product features, based on analyses of customer’s needs. • Demonstrate the use of products. (Onsite training). • Advise customers on product usage to ensure performance and improve efficiency. • Provide feedback to PROSOCO lab so that products can be tailored to client’s needs. • Assist customers in selecting products based on customer needs, product specifications, and building conditions. • Provide customers with ongoing technical support. • Create and participate in sales presentations that explain product specifications and/or applications. • Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork. • Identify prospective customers, using leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, or trade show or conference attendance. • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information. • Stock or distribute resources, such as samples or promotional or educational materials. • Keep up to date on market conditions, business trends, environmental regulations, or industry developments by attending sales / trade shows and by reading Masonry related publications. • Participate in corporate meetings and scheduled conference calls with CFG business unit members and others as required. • Participate in trade shows throughout the United Sates as required. • Other duties as assigned to meet company and regional goals. Production area is not an air conditioned environment but is equipped with adequate air flow handling equipment and ventilation system. Production area is heated during the winter months.
