• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations creating a safe working environment. • Follow instructions provided by a Foreman with daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site. • Safely work around heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, cranes, etc. • Inspect, maintain, and use hand tools, power tools, and operate various pieces of construction equipment. • Read, interpret, and follow plans, specifications, and other contract documents. • Measure, cut, and tie reinforcing steel bars prior to concrete placement. • Problem solve and provide solutions to common jobsite issues. • Communicate well with others on the jobsite both verbally and using hand signals. • Demonstrate a continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide a quality customer service.
