Responsibilities and Qualifications: • Ability to read architectural plans for layout • Ability to lay block and brick • Ability to read structural plans for reinforcing/rebar drawing • Layout embeds • Set door frames/steel lintels Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently • Must be able to work outdoors and stand for majority of the day • Must be able to perform tasks while walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on experience and performance We expect all field employees to: • Comply to all safety rules and regulations • Be on time to the job site • Have a positive attitude • Be a team player • Have a strong work ethic Other considerations: • All offers of employment are conditioned by successfully passing a background check, drug screen and physical capacity test • Wages are based on experience and performance • Must be able to work outside the normal operating hours (7am-4pm, winter/fall 7am-3:30pm, spring/summer) • Employees are responsible for transportation to and from the job site The following tools must be provided by the candidate: • Tape measure • Tool box • 4’ level • Jointers • String line • Mason hammer • 12” bolt cutters • Block and brick trowels WHY CONCO?
