Key Responsibilities • Provide project updates (daily narrative) to Construction Coordinator in electronic format. • Schedule project with Construction Manager/Construction Coordinator. • Perform construction services as required • Pick up and deliver material supplies and/or manage material deliveries. • Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors. • Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work. • Document all project activities including photos, job diary, and signing documents using the ManageIT Mobile app. Position Requirements • Valid driver's license • Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred. • IICRC or OSHA certification is a plus.
