Serves as the primary University contact on construction projects and orchestrate processes and procedures on all job sites, ensure that project budget expenditures remain, within budget allocation, phase and schedule requirements, and provide the project team with the necessary resources to complete the project. Oversee the organization, planning, bidding, scheduling, and implementation of projects. Direct and coordinate the efforts of general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, emphasizing adherence to quality standards. Facilitate collaboration among project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and university administration. Manage project expenditures, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiation.
