Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fitter to accurately fabricate, assemble, and weld steel components for structural projects. Responsibilities • Fit and weld structural steel components according to blueprints and specifications. • Read and interpret shop drawings, welding symbols, and measurements. • Operate welding equipment • Use grinders, torches, saws, and other fabrication tools. • Ensure proper fit-up, alignment, and tolerances. • Work with a team to meet production deadlines. • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace. • Inspect and verify completed welds for quality and accuracy. Requirements Experience: Minimum 1+ years in welding/fitting in a steel fabrication setting. Skills: Proficiency in Flux Core (FCAW) welding.
