Safely assist with project completion as directed by the Crew leader, Foreman, or Supervisor. 3. Operate construction equipment (training available). 4. Handle physically demanding construction duties. 5. Assist crewmembers in placing underground utilities using hand and power tools. Requirements & Qualifications: 1. Valid Class A CDL Drivers license is a plus 2. Previous underground telecom and electric experience preferred. 3. Must be able to follow instructions. 4. Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig, and reach. 5. Must be able to climb ladders. 6. Must be able to travel. 7. Must be able to lift, carry, and place heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Construction Worker

Responsibilities: Assist with the construction, remodeling and/or repair of Tribal Facilities. Performs and assist with a variety of tasks in the building/construction area. These tasks may include design, planning, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical, H.V.A.C., site preparation, roofing, dry wall, painting and other construction tasks. Will operate heavy equipment, such as backhoe, etc. Will use power and hand tools such as saws, drills, sanders, welders, etc. Responsible for clean-up of work area and tools. Performs other duties as assigned by the Construction Supervisor. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Two (2) years experience in the various facets of building and construction. Ability to and experience in the operation of heavy equipment such as a backhoe. Two years hands-on experience in at least four (4) of tasks detailed under "Responsibilities." Ability to read blueprints and experience in project material takeoff. Full-time, excellent benefits, $18.27 - $24.31 hourly, DOE.
