What You’ll Do • Project Coordination: Collaborate with Project Managers to plan and schedule tasks efficiently. • Drywall & Finishes: Expertly install drywall, handle mudding/taping, and apply paint or finishes to walls, trim, and cabinets to restore aesthetic beauty. • Interior & Exterior Work: Paint and stain internal and external surfaces to restore curb appeal and property charm. • Demolition & Removal: Safely perform demolition and debris removal to prep spaces for rebuilds. • Reinstallation: Reinstall fixtures and items accurately to ensure they function properly and look polished. • Quality Assurance: Maintain high workmanship standards—identify and resolve issues to guarantee client satisfaction. • Team Collaboration & Record-Keeping: Work well with teammates, meticulously track work performed and hours logged, and contribute positively to the team dynamic. What You Bring • Experience in professional home remodeling or a related field is required. • 2-year college degree preferred, High School Diploma required. • A rock-solid work ethic, honesty, reliability, and keen attention to detail. • Clear, effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team. • Willingness and ability to work extended hours when necessary. • Must have a valid driver's license.
