Responsibilities • Project Coordination: Collaborate with Project Managers to schedule and plan tasks effectively • Drywall and Finishes: Expertly install drywall, perform mudding and taping, apply paint or finishes to walls, trim, and cabinets, enhancing the visual appeal of restored spaces • Exterior/ Interior Work: Skillfully paint or stain interiors / exteriors, contributing to the overall restoration and curb appeal of properties • Demolition and Removal: Safely and efficiently carry out demolition tasks, including removing heavy items and debris, to prepare spaces for restoration • Reinstallation: Accurately reinstall items and fixtures, ensuring that everything is placed back correctly, and functions as intended • Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of workmanship, addressing and resolving any quality issues to ensure client satisfaction • Collaboration and Record-Keeping: Work harmoniously with other team members, maintaining detailed records of work performed and hours, and contributing to a positive team environment Requirements • Experience in professional home remodel industry or a related field is REQUIRED • 2-year college degree preferred • Strong work ethic • Honest and accountable • Detail oriented is a must • Strong communication skills • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with a team and independently • Ability to work long hours, when necessary • Valid driver's license Physical and Work Environment Requirements • Occasional - Lifting objects/property, climbing ladders, exposed to extreme cold or heat, high noise levels • Constant - Walking, standing and working with your hands, exposure to power tools and other machinery • Frequent - Driving and sitting Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements This is a full-time position working hours varying between 7:00am-7:00pm, Monday–Friday, minimum of 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires longer hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including some evening and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
