Qualifications • Ideal candidates would have previous carpentry experience or the strong desire to learn. • Knowledge and experience using hand tools, power tools and various construction equipment preferred. • Experience in post-frame construction is a plus. • The ability to work effectively as a team member. • Willingness to comply with all company safety policies and procedures. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 75 lbs. • Ability to work at various heights. • Ability to bend, stoop, and pickup product from various elevations. • Ability to work in various types of weather conditions. Salary Range $22.00 to $24.50 an hour This represents a good faith estimate of the current salary range based on the level and requirements of the role. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on individual qualifications including, but not limited to relevant job knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. An employee may be eligible for additional premium pay. Please note that this range represents the full base hourly rate for the role. Hiring at or near the top of the range is uncommon to ensure room for future pay advancement.
