This position works out of our Alexandria, MN location. Responsibilities: • Reviewing and understanding the job estimates and needs, • Responsible for inspecting, repairing and installing new gutters systems, • Remove old gutters, and install new - following the homeowner’s plan, • Resolve any issues on site and communicate with homeowners and/or contractor, • Ensure every job is done the correctly and accurately, • Follow all safety protocols, • Report any job issues to the location manager and the office customer service manager, • Know how to run our job operations software, • Look and act professionally – following the Advantage code of conduct. Requirements: • Valid driver's license with a driving record sufficient to operate company vehicles. Reliable transportation to and from work. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds, stand on and work off ladders for long periods, and ability to work with arms and hands stretched over head for long periods. • Possess a tool belt and basic hand tools. Everything else will be provided. • Comfortable working in changing weather conditions, both in summer and winter. • Comfortable working on rooftops and off of ladders at any height. • Punctuality is required. • Driven to provide excellent customer service, displaying a can-do attitude. • Travel may be required, though it is typically infrequent. Experience: • Experience working off ladders, must be comfortable working at heights. • Prior construction experience is great, but not required.
