Responsibilities • Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including framing, roofing, and drywall installation. • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and equipment. • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members. • Load and unload materials as needed, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. • Perform general maintenance duties on construction sites as required. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications. Requirements • Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. • Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed. • Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
