We are looking for individuals to help us with a short term 1 week project at a commercial building in Dearborn. We will be conducting demolition to multiple floors - removing drywall, paint, carpeting, flooring, etc. We will also be placing dehumidifers, fans, and other equipment. This is a 1 week job. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial or multifamily construction. • Proven track record managing ground-up and/or renovation projects valued at $1M–$20M+. • Ability and willingness to travel and stay on site for extended periods. • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing. • OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain prior to start). • Proficient in reading blueprints, site plans, and technical documents. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
