General Labor - Construction

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer(s) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Laborer, you will work alongside skilled tradespeople and contribute to the successful completion of projects. Duties • Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites • Load and unload materials and equipment • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively • Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers • Maintain a clean and organized work environment (including jobs, company vehicles & shop) • Perform general labor tasks as needed, including demo, minor framing, minor trim/doors, minor painting, flooring installation, project punch list and material handling • Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations and company policy Qualifications • Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 80 pounds) consistently throughout the workday • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the trade • Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic • Must be able to get to and from the shop • Valid driver's license Join our team today and contribute your skills as a Laborer in a dynamic work environment!
