We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and be able to work independently and efficiently. Responsibilities include constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. The successful candidate will also be able to read blueprints, measure materials, use power tools, and adhere to safety regulations. Responsibilities: • Measure and mark cutting lines on materials. • Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard. • Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements. • Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws. • Install structures and fixtures such as windows, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using a carpenter's level, plumb bob, and laser levels. The ideal candidate should possess: • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar supervisory role (minimum 7 years preferred). • Strong understanding of construction procedures, specifications, and project management best practices. • Proficiency in maintaining As-Built drawings and using project management tools like Procore. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to travel and work on multiple sites across various states. • Commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration. Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred. • OSHA 30 certification is required (training provided if needed). • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
