Landscape Construction Associate

We are seeking Associates for our landscape construction crews. Associates will be responsible for installation of lawns & flower beds, landscape lighting, irrigation, water features, masonry stone & pavers, retaining walls, and cleaning up work sites. Work is completed at multiple sites within the assigned market. Transportation is provided to each job-site. No minimum education required. Landscaping experience is not required but is beneficial. Workdays and hours may vary depending on weather related conditions, the schedule will be a 5-day work week which may include weekends and holidays. A 30 minute unpaid lunch break is required if the workday exceeds 6 hours, two 10–15-minute paid breaks will be provided as necessary. Overtime may be available, but not guaranteed, pay will be received weekly. Paid time off is available to employees who qualify. Candidate must meet physical/body position requirements as state by the Americans with Disabilities Act Section 4.0. Ability to lift 50 pounds, ability to work outdoors in various temperatures throughout the day, ability to work with & as a team, ability to follow directions, complete tasks. Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance is available after the employee’s probation period ends. Employer will provide, at no charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job. Required uniform provided. Applicants must complete an employment application.
