Your duties will involve a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing line, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the production of concrete blocks, including setting up, operating, and cleaning machinery and equipment. • Load and unload materials, products, and waste, ensuring accuracy and care. • Conduct quality control inspections to maintain product standards. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures. • Collaborate with the production team to meet targets and improve processes. • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues to the supervisor. • Handle additional duties and projects as assigned by the management team. Qualifications: • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs, standing for long periods, and working in various conditions. • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team. • Basic mechanical skills are advantageous. • Commitment to safety rules and regulations. • Willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings.
