Restoration Specialists don’t always need to know the answer, but awareness of the issue and desire to seek a solution is critical. Below is a list of additional requirements and/or traits of a successful Restoration Specialist. REQUIRED TRAITS: • Attention to detail • Always think of how long it has lasted, (it’s up to us to make it last longer). • Be flexible. PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Repairing, rebuilding, restore, or resurfacing any masonry structure according to the project specifications.
