Masonry Superintendent

Looking for an Superintendent to focus on work in the Commercial Masonry sector, working in a team to put together estimates ranging in value up to $20M. Project Types: Schools, Financial Institutions, Healthcare, Retail, Restaurants, Office Buildings Job Requirements • Commercial masonry experience is required, prior supervisory experience preferred • Oversee commercial masonry projects • Supervise crew members and carry out supervisory responsibilities to include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. • Communicate effectively and professionally with owner's representatives, general contractor's, employees and vendors • Produces as skilled mason when project allows • Read blueprints and follow plans and materials lists to ensure project is executed accordingly • Promote and oversee safety and conduct daily and weekly safety meetings • Enforce all OSHA, company and client safety policies • Manage job site organization and cleanliness to professional standards • Inspect work in progress to ensure all workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules • Complete required paperwork in a timely manner • Complete crew member time sheets and submits to payroll weekly • Oversee security and maintenance of equipment and tools Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related is preferred. • 3+ years Supervising projects for reputable General Contractors/Subcontractors • Commercial Masonry Experience Compensation & Benefits • Competitive pay based on experience and scope of the project. • 401(k) + Employer match • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Opportunities for advancement • Paid time off • Parental leave • Vision insurance • Holiday Pay Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
