Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment. • Proficiency in using Trimble GPS systems for grading and excavation. • Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols. • Ability to read and interpret construction plans. • Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required). • Physical ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects as needed. • Experience supervising earth-moving operations is preferred. • Certifications in heavy equipment operation are a plus. • Experience in road construction and site development is advantageous. • OSHA or MSHA safety training certification is preferred.
