Established construction company in Cadillac, Michigan is looking for construction workers to expand our existing crew. We are in need of well rounded people that have experience in the multiple phases of residential construction. We tackle numerous phases of construction including framing, trim, siding, windows, drywall, roofing, painting, tile, flooring, and on and on. We are seeking applicants that have a valid driver's license, can show up to work on time, and have reliable transportation. You will need to have a pouch with normal hand tools, while most everything else will be available for daily use. We work eight plus hours per day as well as some mandatory Saturdays, weather permitting. This is a construction position, so it is assumed that all applicants have the physical strength and the work mentality to get the job done. We currently are seeking applicants that have at least 2 years MINIMUM of experience. Experience means actual construction work that you were gainfully employed to do. Occasional handymen or Dad's helper need not apply. Must have the ability to lead inexperienced workers, work safely, and work in a fast paced environment.
