Construction Foreman - Masonry

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Mason Foreman with at least 8 plus years' experience in masonry work, including bricklaying, block laying, and stone setting to be considered for this role. As a Mason Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of masons and tenders on various projects, ensuring all work meets our high standards of quality, safety, and production. Working Hours: • Start early when necessary • Ensure crew works a full day • Work outside of normal hours when required • Willingness to work outside of normal business hours to prepare jobsite for success Object of Efforts: • Supervise and coordinate the work of masons and tenders • Eliminate waiting by masons • Manage day-to-day operations for jobsite efficiency • Job completed under budget and ahead of schedule Jobsite: • Order materials and ensure availability of necessary tools and equipment • Maintain production & quality to eliminate rubbing & patching • No excessive material at completion of project • Special material inventoried • Plan a 2 week look ahead schedule • Advance notice given for special needs • Prepare for and attend all progress meetings • Keep daily logs • Keep a clean jobsite • Monitor project progress to ensure timelines are met and issues are addressed promptly • Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure safety protocols are kept for a safe working environment Attitude: • Work well with crew & other contractors Housekeeping: • Jobsite kept neat and clean • Plans updated with all addenda • Paperwork is organized & submitted on time (timesheets, field work orders, etc.) • Oversite of operator(s) to keep site neat and organized • Manage tools and equipment inventory Preferred: • Previous experience in a foreman or supervisory role • Certifications in relevant construction safety standards- OSHA 10 and or OSHA 30 • Equipment certifications • Procore experience • Experience running 1 -2 jobsites concurrently • Aerial Lift experience Job Perks: • Company truck • Company bonus • Year round work • Paid Holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • Overtime • Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
