Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Masonry Supervisor to lead and oversee masonry projects on construction sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a comprehensive understanding of masonry techniques, project management, and safety protocols. This role involves supervising teams, coordinating project schedules, ensuring quality standards, and managing resources effectively to deliver successful construction outcomes. Duties • Supervise and coordinate masonry crews to ensure timely and quality completion of projects • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide work activities • Manage project schedules using construction management software such as Job Nimbus, Slack, and google suite. • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for masonry projects • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and enforce safety protocols on-site • Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship Experience • Proven management experience in construction, specifically supervising masonry or related trade • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining safety standards and quality assurance About Us We are a 3rd generation family business looking to grow our team. We primarily work on high end residential homes, some small commercial projects and small to large repair/service work. We build all aspects of Masonry construction: Brick, Block, CMU, Stone (Veneer and full-bed) Please attach 3 previous masonry references along with photos of work. Ideal mason candidates should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience. Job tasks include, but are not limited to, material installation, building scaffold, operating machinery, mixing mortar, operating saws, grinders and other small tools, etc. As we work for some elite clients, discretion and integrity are critical when considering team members. Be a Good Communicator. • Communication should be a priority • You should be coaching the younger and less experienced staff to help them grow and become more valuable to the company and better at what they do • Do the right thing even when no one is looking. Prep work and finish work are done correctly at all times • Setting sills, quoin corners, masonry details proficient with little to no instruction. Setting limestone fireplace surrounds, limestone details, cast stone details, stone details, or any masonry details should be in your skillset. 3.
