CONSTRUCTION ELECTRICIAN Make sure the Navy's power grid stays lit—from the poles and lines outside to the complex electrical and communication wiring inside structures. STEELWORKER Manage construction operations, craft steel structures, and perform welding, cutting and other specialized metalwork operations. This is a critical role for a small team, perfect for a professional who thrives on autonomy and wants to make a direct impact on a company's efficiency, costs, and growth. You will own projects from groundbreaking to final walkthrough, ensuring they are built on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Scheduling: • Develop, maintain, and drive the master schedule for each project, from permits to final punch list. • Proactively identify and solve potential delays before they impact the timeline. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and municipal inspectors to ensure a smooth workflow.
