Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in asphalt paving or milling, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced outdoor environment.Key Skills & Responsibilities: Asphalt Operations & Paving • Assist in asphalt paving and milling operations on job sites. • Shovel, rake, and smooth asphalt materials. • Patch potholes using hot or cold mix asphalt. Site Preparation & Maintenance • Perform manual labor including lifting, digging, and grading. • Set up and remove traffic control devices (cones, signs, etc.). • Install drains, pipes, and other underground utilities when required. Equipment Use & Support • Operate small tools and equipment safely. • Perform basic maintenance and service checks on tools and machinery. • Assist operators and crew with various tasks as needed. Working Conditions & Requirements • Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods. • Flexible schedule - including possible evenings, weekends, and overtime. • Must be safety-conscious and follow all company policies and procedures.
