In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining all equipment within our Machine Shop, ensuring our machines meet exact specifications. You will work in a dynamic production environment, utilizing a variety of tools and equipment, and collaborating with different departments to improve processes and product quality. 2nd Shift Hours are Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm. 3rd Shift Hours are Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:00am.Responsibilities • Repair and maintain all equipment within the Machine Shop • Assist with machine setup as needed • Set up fixtures and gather appropriate tool packages • Diagnose and solve maintenance issues • Collaborate with the Prototype Department to improve fixture design and programs for future parts • Act as a liaison between the Programming and Production Departments • Ensure machines meet exact specifications • Utilize a variety of tools and equipment in a dynamic production environment • Contribute to the production of high-quality archery products Qualifications • 1+ year of specialized coursework and/or hands-on experience in CNC Machine maintenance and repair • Proficiency with a variety of tools and equipment • Attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
