Associates degree or certification degree and/or equivalent on the job experience. 2. Ability to navigate machine control, auto or manual mode. 3. Ability to perform tool offsets change and update, understand speed and feed, and zeroing the machine. 4. Ability to read and understand CNC machine programs and M&G codes. 5. Ability to read prints, drawings, and understand part tolerances. Use various gauges to verify and meet tolerance requirements in machined parts. 6. Demonstrate basic computer skills. 7. Responsibilities: Successful candidates must be able to work safely and effectively as a competent Machinist/Toolmaker in tool room and production environments. Leadership and CNC machine experience are preferred. Applicants must be able to read/interpret blueprints. Sound communication skills are a must for this position. Applicants must have their own precision tools, be capable of performing quality work in a safe manner, and work as a team player. Qualifications: A Two-year associate degree in Machine Tool Technologies or equivalent work experience is required.
