You will work in pairs, either operating the wire machine spinner or a welding machine.Key Responsibilities: Wire Basket Production: You will be responsible for producing wire baskets according to established guidelines and specifications. Machine Operation: Depending on the assignment, you will operate either the wire machine spinner or a welding machine to complete the production process. Expected Results:The expected results for this role are to achieve a production range of 140-600 petal presses. Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards will be crucial in meeting these expectations.Physical Requirements: Lifting: The job requires lifting weights ranging from 10-11 lbs. You should be capable of handling this physical demand. Pushing: Pushing weights between 30-35 lbs is required as part of the job responsibilities. Equipment Used:You will utilize various equipment during your work, including single stroke welders, cutters, winding machines, Jiggs, and carts. Familiarity with these tools and equipment will be beneficial.Working Hours:This is a full-time position with a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 am and ending at 3:30 pm.
