Job Summary: Tasks given by Team Leader daily, ensure that your responsibilities are completed in a Safe Manner, while ensuring Quality of product and Efficiencies are exceeded. Job Duties • Safe work environment is always priority, make sure everything you are doing is safe and if you believe something is not safe, please inform your supervisor right away. • Balance safety, quality, morale, and productivity to achieve positive results in all areas. • Ensure that quality finished goods are being built and that they meet the customer’s quality specifications in a safe and efficient manner. • Operators must follow all established JRM policies and procedures. • Assist in the problem solving and continuous improvement processes. • Be constructive in feedback and instructions. • Communicate and work effectively with peers and management. • Making sure all process sheets are filled out daily: Start-up checklist, In-Process Inspection Sheets, Feeder Logs • Assigned workstations are cleaned before you shift is over Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • High degree of professionalism • Organizational Skills (5s) • Self-Motivation • Understanding of CNC Wire Check Fixtures • Be able to obtain or already hold forklift license from JRM. • Infor experience preferred but not required • Microsoft office experience required Physical Demands And Work Environment • Lifting weight up to 35lbs unassisted
