Duties • Operate CNC and manual machines, including lathes and mills, to produce precision parts. • Utilize Fusion 360 to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Perform setup and calibration of machines, ensuring they are functioning correctly before production runs. • Conduct quality control checks using tools such as micrometers, calipers and other measuring instruments • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production workflows. • Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance. • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: • Proficiency in CNC machining techniques and programming. • Manual experience is a plus. • Knowledge of Fanuc controls is a plus. • Previous experience in a machining environment is required.
