CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC machinist to join our industrial manufacturing team. As a CNC machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components. You will work with a variety of materials including metals, plastics, and composites, and must have a keen eye for detail and accuracy. CNC Operator Part-Time

POSITION OVERVIEW: CNC operators work with computer numeric controlled (CNC) heavy machinery CNC operators make sure the machines are working at full capacity, are stocked with needed materials, well-maintained and perform periodic checks on output. Using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers and depth micrometers the operator will perform detailed inspection of parts and pieces, ensuring the product meets production guidelines. CNC machine operators report quality-control problems such as defects in raw material and finished products, suggesting changes and adjustments to both the raw materials and machine to the CNC Machinist. The operator will maintain a clean workspace and wash or polish finished products when needed. Specific duties included but not limited to: • Load and un-load raw material on/off of the CNC machines • Measure parts using calipers and/or micrometers • Completes inspection data sheet • Deburrs parts through the use of deburring tools and equipment • Manual equipment experience to include, but not limited to, drill press, manual milling machines, manual lathes, manual surface grinders QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY: CNC operators can gain skills through vocational schools, technical colleges or community college programs, or apprenticeships. • Math Skills: Good math skills will help CNC machinists understand complex instructions, how schematics work and make sure items are designed and built correctly. • Attention to Detail: CNC machinists will work with precision equipment. Being off by millimeters could be a critical error. Keen attention to detail is required. • Stamina: CNC operators often work long hours doing repetitive movements. Embroidery Machine Operator

If you can operate a multi-head embroider machine, we have a position for you. As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our embroidery machines to ensure high-quality production that meets our standards and customer expectations.
