We are seeking a production associate to help us in our shop: Responsibilities: • Perform production duties as a machine operator, in powder coating, assembly or other tasks as assigned by a team lead • Perform production duties such as: Deburring, operating a pedestal grinder, operating a rock tumbler, operating a pemserter • Desire and willingness to be trained & learn all production tasks • Helping the shop & company maintain a positive team environment by having a willing attitude Qualifications: • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse or shop work is helpful • A positive & willing attitude • A team player with the ability to follow instructions to complete tasks on time and maintain excellent quality control • Ability to handle physical workload, work effectively in the shop & complete assigned tasks to ensure happy customers • Previous experience working with CNC mills, turret presses, press brakes, pemserters and powder coating, helpful but not required (on the job training can be provided to those willing to learn) • Welding experience (both mig & tig) a plus Shift is: Monday – Thursday from 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Friday – 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (as needed) Hiring Company Description We are a growing company with a healthy and dynamic workload.
