Experience with SolidWorks, CAD, as well as FUSION 360 programs. Must have knowledge of all G-Codes and how to set up, program and operate HAAS machines with 4-5 Axis. Be able to work with little or no supervision. Must be able to receive job specifications and manufacture according to DOE and Naval requirements. Government Contract Experience a plus. Design tooling/fixtures, select tools, write programs, make prototype pieces, and make one of kind pieces from a sample. Hold close tolerances. Estimate and quote new production and prototype work. Must be able to read prints and have excellent math skills including trigonometry.
