Maintenance/Grounds Team Member Job Description REPORTS TO Maintenance/Grounds Team Supervisor, Campground Manager and/or Owner(s) POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds. SPECIFIC DUTIES • Perform basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, and maintenance to campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds as directed by the Campground Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor or the owner(s). • Implement daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and cleaning programs as instituted by the Campground Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor or the owner(s), including the pool/spa, lawn mowing, weed eating, landscaping, garbage pick-up, propane pumping, game machine, laundry servicing and various other campground equipment upkeep. • Comply with all KOA, federal, state and local safety programs by adhering to established guidelines in the operation and storage of various equipment, tools, and chemicals, ensuring your safety, as well as that of fellow staff and campground customers. • Provide superior customer service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to guests needs. Report all customer problems, requests or complaints to the Campground Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor or the owner(s). • This job description is not intended to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities. JOB QUALIFICATIONS • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing equipment and installation • Basic knowledge of chemical properties, handling, and usage • Basic knowledge of propane and gasoline dispensing • Valid Driver's License • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays • Capable of working independently and as part of a team PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance • Long periods of standing • Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, crouch and climb • Must be able to operate various loud and vibrating maintenance tools and equipment • Requires the use of hands/fingers to handle or feel • Able to travel by auto • Able to work inside and outdoors frequently and in various climates • Capable of moving safely over uneven terrain Skills Desired, not Required: Mechanical - Beginner Plumber - Beginner Carpenter - Beginner Electrical - Beginner Landscaper - Beginner Pool Maintenance - Beginner KCN proudly supports Care Camps to help send kids with cancer to summer camp. Automated Control Systems Specialist

Electrical Maintenance Technician Seeking a skilled professional to install, modify and repair automated industrial control equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of software utilized within programmable logic control (PLC) systems, as well as experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems, read prints including mechanical and electrical prints, and possess excellent analytical skills and data interpretation. The successful candidate will also have experience with PLC troubleshooting, HMI programming and computer skills in a Windows environment. Key Responsibilities: • Install, modify and repair automated industrial control equipment • Design and plan industrial control equipment and instrumentation • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems • Read prints including mechanical and electrical prints • Perform routine planned maintenance and emergency repairs of plant equipment • Complete preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled and document finished work Required Skills and Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Associates degree preferred • Journeyman Electrician License preferred • Four years combined schooling and industrial experience required Working Conditions: • Must be available to work off shifts, weekends and holidays as needed • Must be willing to work overtime when required • Ability to work in adverse working conditions such as heat, wet, cold, noise, etc. • Ability to work in areas where noise levels are up to 85 dbs • Ability to climb stairs, climb ladders, reach, stoop, squat, tolerate prolonged standing/walking, balance, bend, twist, crawl, kneel, push and pull objects Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift objects of various dimensions and weights • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, carry up to 150 feet • Ability to tolerate working at heights up to 150 feet • Vision: normal depth perception, vision and ability to distinguish color Preferred Qualifications: • Proven PLC troubleshooting experience - Allen Bradley RS 5000 a must, with networking (Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, etc.) experience desired • Proven HMI Programming experience preferred (Wonderware)
