Responsibilities: - Operate CNC machines for lathe and mill work, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks. - Program and set up machines, with experience in Mazak machines being advantageous but not necessary. - Utilize micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments to inspect parts according to drawings and specifications. - Interpret blueprints, drawings, and process plans effectively. - Collaborate with the team to enhance manufacturing processes and optimize production setups. - Operate hand tools and precision measuring instruments - Employ Lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations. - Operate over crane safely in daily operations.
