Requirements: • High School Diploma preferred but not required if the experience level, determined by Voith management, off-sets this requirement. • Experienced operator preferred with back ground as machinist in Paper Mill roll repair. • Experienced operator with back ground as machinist on equipment other than paper mill rolls. • Past operational experience on other similar industrial equipment. • A trainee may be considered if they exhibit the requirements as detailed under general responsibilities Don’t meet every single requirement but think you would be a good fit for our team?
