CNC Machine Operator

Employee owners increase the value of their future by learning the business and at times putting on their business owner’s hat. • Experienced Only Apply Responsibilities: • Receives work orders from CNC Supervisor or lead person. • Set parts in vice to determine that they are securely held in place. • Run machine to determine that parts are being made to specifications. • Produce parts maintaining specific quantity and quality levels. • Insures quality control on parts being produced. • Works within the guidelines of the quality program. • Maintains and updates production and inspection records. • Works within the guidelines of the quality program. • Insures good housekeeping in work area. • Reports problems or accidents to management immediately. • Gives proper consideration to safety on each job and abides by all company safety rules, policies, and procedures. • Performs related work as required. REQUIREMENTS: • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: • Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Work with drawings, specifications and formulas involving limited detail. Use and interpret adjustable measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers and scales. • Experience: Three months to one year.
