MACHINIST - Full-time

The Second Shift Machinist is capable of operating one type of machine to perform highly routine/repetitive work with minimal supervision. Detailed instruction and guidance are provided as needed. Continues growth in knowledge and skills and acquiring work experience. Typically requires 2-5 years’ experience. Job Description: + Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members. + Plan and execute maintenance activities for a designated location (outside of Technology Lifecycle Management activities). + Maintain equipment according to procedures, reporting problems or deviations. + Operate equipment according to procedures, competency levels and job requirement. + Identify opportunities to improve the service delivery process. + Participate in failure investigations when relevant. + Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement. At SLB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at/near the top of the range. The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $22-$34 per hour. • *Qualifications and Experience** + High school diploma or GED required. + Requires 2+ years’ experience in a related field or in a role that involves the use of hand and/or machine tools. + Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship. Production Operator

Shifts: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. I. Job Description Shift work to operate injection molding machines (IMM) and other mechanical units producing products for a variety of industries. Responsibilities include operating injection molding machines, conducting quality checks, ensuring good housekeeping and other secondary work as required. Essential Functions • Follow safety policies and procedures • Log into ROC 40 for machine assignment and maintain awareness of hourly scrap rate • Understand and perform quality measurements and checks • Maintain operations of multiple machines and document production and downtime codes via IQMS • Troubleshoots specific machinery operating deficiencies to maximize utilization • Performs material moisture analysis • Cleans dryers, organizes injection molding-cells and stages next run with material and packaging • Assembles and packages finished goods according to work standards found in Green Binder • Performs secondary operations which includes pad printing, inspecting rework and other miscellaneous tasks • Understand use of Production Folders, Quality Standards & Press Basics • Demonstrate ability to accurately maintain Production Work Order count sheet IV. Performance Criteria • Plastic molding injection knowledge through completion of Routsis courses • Completion of monthly safety modules each month • Shows proficiency in cell setup, recording product counts, rejects, and scraps • Shows proficiency in IMM troubleshooting and progress in injection molding aptitude V. Qualifications • US Citizenship is required. • Pre-employment drug screen and background check. • Must sign a confidentiality agreement. • Moderate computer software skills (MS Excel/Word/Outlook) • High school diploma or GED • Able to lift to 50 lbs. • Must be able to stand/walk for a 12-hour manufacturing shift • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions • Must be able to read, write legibly, understand, and communicate in English. • Reliable transportation
