Performance Criteria • Plastic molding injection knowledge through completion of Routsis courses • Completion of monthly safety modules each month • Shows proficiency in cell setup, recording product counts, rejects, and scraps • Shows proficiency in IMM troubleshooting and progress in injection molding aptitude V.
