Summary We are seeking a Manual Machinist to join our dynamic team at Spearhead Industries. In this role, you will be responsible for operating manual machining equipment to produce high-quality components for our pumping units. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that we maintain our reputation for precision and reliability. Responsibilities • Set up and operate manual lathes and milling machines to fabricate components according to specifications. • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements. • Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of machined parts. • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. • Assemble machined parts as needed for final product completion. • Collaborate with team members to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency. Stabil Drill is currently seeking Full-Time Machinists, CNC or Manual (Day and Night Shifts) to join our team in Midland, TX. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Operate machines (Manual/CNC Lathe). • Experience cutting rotary shouldered connections preferred. • Ensures machines are in working order and properly maintained. • Perform minor repairs on equipment. • Follow established safety policies and procedures. • On a rotation basis, will be required to be on call when scheduled. • Ensure full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks, QHSE procedures and emergency procedures. • Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department. CNC Machinist

Job Summary A CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinist operates and programs machine tools such as lathes, mills, and grinders that are controlled by a computer to produce precision metal or plastic parts. To produce high-quality parts, machinists set up machines, write and test programs, and make adjustments as needed.
