Position Summary Oversee the performance and maintenance of production machinery. Maintain inventory and stock of parts, tools, and supplies. This hands-on role will perform preventative and corrective maintenance and make repairs quickly and efficiently. Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance inspections and service on production machinery. • Troubleshoot production machinery issues to repair quickly and efficiently. • Implement testing and make modifications or additional alterations as needed. • Maintain shop areas: Clean, organize, and maintain inventory, parts, tools, and supplies. • Set up and program manual, semi-automated, or automated tools and machines (CNC, lathes, mills, etc.). • Take accurate measurements using precision tools (calipers, etc.). • Read, understand, and act on information contained in blueprints, schematics, and manuals. • Prepare daily reports of completed tasks. • Perform other duties as assigned.
