Entry-Level Stain Machine Operator

About the Role: As a Stain Machine Operator, you will be part of a fast-paced and collaborative team responsible for ensuring high-quality fixed dental restorations through proper machine operation. This role will focus on efficiently operating the spray and glaze machine, handling pans and sorting by case type, and managing machine errors or alarms. Shift Time: 8am-4pm M-F What You'll Do: Operate Efficiently: • Load and unload stain machines to ensure high-quality dental restorations. • Follow detailed specifications to meet customer expectations for staining and glazing. Machine Expert: • Monitor machine operations and become the go-to person for machine functionality, minor repairs, and alarms. • Manage routine errors to keep the production line running smoothly. Organization & Sorting: • Sort case pans by type and ensure they are married correctly for further processing. Problem-Solving: • Roll up your sleeves to troubleshoot and resolve common equipment and technology issues. • Partner with team members to reduce bottlenecks and improve workflow. Quality Focus: • Ensure all restorations meet strict quality standards and lead by example in cleanliness and precision. Team Collaboration: • Work alongside other team members to maintain smooth operations and identify opportunities for improvement. What We're Looking For: Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED equivalent. • 0-2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment. • Must be able to read, write, and understand English. • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and robust vision (including color recognition and depth perception). • High comfort level with digital tools and technology. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-first attitude. Preferred Skills: • Organizational skills to keep work areas and machines clean and free from contamination. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Molding Operator

Description Possible temp to hire, based on business needs, attendance and performance. Looking from some Injection molding or MO exp, or MFG exp. Responsibilities • Responsible for molding production in assigned area and minor maintenance activities on assigned presses. • Operate injection molding presses to supply downstream equipment with molded components including inspection of components and requesting technical support to maintain part quality. • Conduct minor maintenance activities on assigned presses. • Work with other molding team members to keep equipment running during breaks and call-outs. • Operate multi cavity injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment to manufacture product which conforms to quality specifications, at the rated output. Operate injection molds/presses and place surplus molded components into inventory. • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products produced in the department, raw materials required, and product quality specifications. • Keep machinery, work area and floors neat and orderly and comply with GMP requirements. • Able to perform thorough product inspections and make appropriate decisions relative to product quality requirements. Qualifications • Must be able to work effectively in a team with limited supervision. • Must be familiar with all relevant controlled documents (Work Instructions, Forms, etc.), preventative maintenance task lists and equipment manuals which pertain to operation of all equipment in the cell. • HS Diploma or GED. • Prefer 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferably injection molding presses (both electric & hydraulic).
