Shift Time: 8am-4pm M-F What You'll Do: Operate Efficiently: • Load and unload stain machines to ensure high-quality dental restorations. • Follow detailed specifications to meet customer expectations for staining and glazing. Machine Expert: • Monitor machine operations and become the go-to person for machine functionality, minor repairs, and alarms. • Manage routine errors to keep the production line running smoothly. Organization & Sorting: • Sort case pans by type and ensure they are married correctly for further processing. Problem-Solving: • Roll up your sleeves to troubleshoot and resolve common equipment and technology issues. • Partner with team members to reduce bottlenecks and improve workflow. Quality Focus: • Ensure all restorations meet strict quality standards and lead by example in cleanliness and precision.
