Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with laser, lathe, mill, crane operation, CNC saw, and overhead crane. • CNC operating, particularly with direct CNC saw and fabrication, is a major plus. Responsibilities • Perform inspection and full remanufacturing of crankcases, cylinder heads, and various other engine components. • Inspect and rework engine components as required to meet quality standards. • Operate safely in accordance with functional safety guidelines, including use of PPE and safe equipment interaction. • Load and unload products into machines safely and efficiently. • Protect machines and machined products by adhering to proper part-loading procedures, maintaining machine control, and safely transporting materials over short distances. • Monitor and maintain product quality through necessary offset adjustments. • Conduct first article inspections and final buyoff processes. • Meet daily and weekly production demands in a timely and efficient manner. • Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed. • Skillfully operate crankcase remanufacturing machines. • Accurately confirm orders and enter data into SAP. • Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
