Cnc Machine Operator

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator Job Description The CNC Machine Operator will utilize overhead crane and forklift to place tubes and pipes onto the machine. They will set the machine cut length, program the machine, and continue feeding the product into the machine. They will then pull the finished and cut product and measure to the exact length to ensure quality. Responsibilities • Utilize overhead crane and forklift to place tubes and pipes onto the machine. • Set and program machine cut length. • Feed product into the machine. • Pull finished and cut product, measuring to ensure quality. Essential Skills • 2+ years of CNC Machine Operator experience. • Experience with machine setup, changeovers, and measuring. • Ability to read a tape measure with strong measuring skills to 1/32" accuracy. • Experience with metal machine operating. • Proficiency in reading blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with laser, lathe, mill, crane operation, CNC saw, and overhead crane. • CNC operating, particularly with direct CNC saw and fabrication, is a major plus. Machinist

Job Summary The machinist will be responsible for crankcase, cylinder head, and/or general engine component remanufacturing. Responsibilities • Perform inspection and full remanufacturing of crankcases, cylinder heads, and various other engine components. • Inspect and rework engine components as required to meet quality standards. • Operate safely in accordance with functional safety guidelines, including use of PPE and safe equipment interaction. • Load and unload products into machines safely and efficiently. • Protect machines and machined products by adhering to proper part-loading procedures, maintaining machine control, and safely transporting materials over short distances. • Monitor and maintain product quality through necessary offset adjustments. • Conduct first article inspections and final buyoff processes. • Meet daily and weekly production demands in a timely and efficient manner. • Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed. • Skillfully operate crankcase remanufacturing machines. • Accurately confirm orders and enter data into SAP. • Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. • Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills • Proficient in machining techniques with a strong mechanical knowledge base. • Ability to operate coordinate measuring machines effectively. • Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
