Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine - Equipment Operator IILocation: Roswell, GA 30076 (Onsite)Shift: Monday- Thursday, 7am- 5:30pm Job Description: High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-3 years of relevant machine operation experience (or equivalent) • Self-motivated with strong work ethic • Ability to adapt to frequent changes • Basic knowledge of computers, Windows, and Microsoft Office • Mechanical aptitude (knowledge of equipment such as motors, pumps, valves, etc.) • Good math skills including the ability to perform simple calculations when provided the necessary inputs Knowledge of extrusion a plus • Physical requirements include: • o Stand and walk 90% of shifto Reach, bend, squat, and climb stairs frequently during a shift o Perform moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs) several times per shift o Use small hand tools o Learn to drive mobile powered equipment such as fork lift, pallet mule, and scissor lift • Work environment can include: • Frequent exposure to high noise levels requiring hearing protection • Frequent exposure to hot equipment surfaces (up to 600F) • Occasional exposure to temperature extremes below 32F and above 90F • Occasional exposure to equipment that may interfere with pacemakers • Rare exposure to conditions requiring respirator PPE Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $20.90 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: • 10 hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Experience: • Pumps : 3 years (Preferred) • Motors : 4 years (Preferred) • Mechanical: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person

Candidates should have Mechanical aptitude (knowledge of equipment such as motors, pumps, valves, etc.) a Focus on someone who has the mechanical skills. NOTE: This is long-term contract role. It is not a guaranteed contract to hire role. Could be considered for full-time if business needs allow.
