Cnc Machinist

Job Title: Machinist Job Description We are seeking a skilled Machinist to operate CNC 5-axis horizontal mills with multiple pallets. The ideal candidate will have the ability to inspect and ensure the quality of the first run product, as well as make necessary adjustments in collaboration with Quality Control. You will also be responsible for crafting fixtures and clamps for various jobs and performing secondary operations such as tapping and deburring. Responsibilities • Operate CNC 5-axis horizontal mills with multiple pallets. • Inspect first run products and collaborate with Quality Control to make necessary adjustments. • Maintain consistent quality by inspecting parts during manufacturing. • Create fixtures and clamps for jobs as needed. • Compare machined parts to blueprints to ensure accuracy. • Perform secondary operations such as tapping and deburring. Essential Skills • 3-5 years minimum experience running CNC Mills. • Familiarity with Siemens Celos Controller is preferred. • Knowledge of Fanuc controls. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with 5-axis mills is preferred. • Consideration for candidates with 3/4 axis mill experience. • Capability to set up and run machines independently. Day shift runs Monday-Thursday from 6am-4.30pm, Swing shift runs Monday-Thursday from 4.15pm-2.45am, and Weekend shift runs Friday-Sunday from 5am-5.30pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. CNC Citizen Lathe Machinist
