Requirements What You'll Be Doing: • Operate large manual lathes, mills, drill presses, and other classic machining tools. • Work on industrial components - big ones - from 36" swing and up. • Machine parts to tight tolerances (±.001") in materials like steel, stainless, cast iron, and bronze. • Interpret blueprints and verbal instructions to complete complex, custom jobs. • Keep projects moving safely, skillfully, and on time. What You Bring: • 5+ years of experience with manual machine tools (large format a plus!). • You know your way around lathes, mills, and drill presses without supervision. • Familiarity with different metals and precision machining best practices. • Clear communication and problem-solving mindset. • Your own machinist hand tools. • Willingness to work Swing Shift.
