Manual Machinist/Drill Press

We are looking for a Manual Machinist to join our team. Must be able to perform own setups, read and interpret drawings, machine a variety of heavy industrial parts, and have solid math and measuring skills. Essential Job Functions • Read and interpret engineering prints. • Machine parts as needed according to job packet. • Keep work area clean and organized to insure safety compliance. • Wear and maintain proper safety equipment which includes OSHA required PPE (footwear, eye and hearing protection). • Work in a safe manner at all times following established company policies and procedures. • Maintain constant focus with mental and visual attention to monitor product quality process. • Assist in other areas of manufacturing as needed. Requirements • Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and assistance. • Two years of hands on experience operating typical machine shop equipment. • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and math skills. • Able to communicate well with others and work as a team. • Use of good judgement and time management. • Have excellent work ethic and reliable transporation. • Arrive on time every day ready to work. • Inspect and maintain equipment. • Take pride in your work. Job Title: Civil/Mechanical Equipment Operator We are seeking a skilled Civil/Mechanical Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Civil/Mechanical Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as cranes, excavators, and bulldozers on construction sites.
