Responsibilities: • Forms and shapes material • Operates lathes, drill presses, mills, routers, grinding machines, duplicating, and profile machines • Includes machinists, machine operators, and apprentice • Works from drawings and written instructions to create replacement and new parts in making repairs to metal parts • Requires basic knowledge of various metals and of measurements used in machining processes • Performs housekeeping of machine and work area • Performs daily maintenance check of machine • Other work may be assigned at Management’s discretion Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge: • High School or Equivalent • Mechanical aptitude required • Valid Driver’s License • Crane/Forklift – In-house training provided to obtain certification • Proper use of Safety Equipment such as Safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses and gloves • Proper use of tools such as Inside and Outside Micrometers, Depth Micrometer, Calipers, Bore Gages and other General Hand Tools Primetals Technologies offers a full range of benefits starting with first day of employment. CNC Machinist III

Responsibilities: • Operates CNC, lathes, drill presses, mills, routers, grinding machines, and profile machines • Manual editing of CNC Programs • Works alongside experienced Industrial / Manufacturing Technicians to generate CNC programs for 3, 4 & 5 axis Vertical and Horizontal Milling Machinery • Works from drawings and written instructions to create replacement and new parts in making repairs to metal parts • Requires advanced knowledge of various metals and of measurements used in machining processes • Performs housekeeping of machine and work area • Performs daily maintenance check of machine • Other work may be assigned at Management’s discretion Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge: • High School or Equivalent • Minimum of 10 years of CNC Machinist experience required • Multi-axis CNC experience preferred • Mechanical aptitude required • Valid Driver’s License • Crane/Forklift – In-house training provided to obtain certification • Proper use of Safety Equipment such as Safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses and gloves • Proper use of tools such as Inside and Outside Micrometers, Depth Micrometer, Calipers, Bore Gages and other General Hand Tools Our company offers a full range of benefits starting with first day of employment. This role involves setting up and operating metal forming equipment, performing quality inspections, and supporting our manufacturing processes. There are two open positions available, and candidates must be open to working various shifts, including day, evening, and overnight. Responsibilities • Set up and operate metal forming equipment • Utilize tools and follow work instructions • Operate cutback saw • Perform changeovers for shear dies • Operate stamping presses • Conduct visual and quality inspections using calipers and micrometers • Perform basic math and use a tape measure for quality checks and saw operation • Lift up to 50 lbs • Use a tape measure to check the length, width, and spacing of holes • Complete documentation for completed jobs • Utilize a micrometer to measure the thickness of metal • Assist material handlers with coils and steel Must Have • Stamping, slitter, or press experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
