CNC Machinist - 1st Shift - Pay up to $28/hr Call 330 224 1231 to set up an interview! • Shift: 5:00am - 3:00pm Job Description: As a CNC Machinist, you will work Monday through Thursday from 5 AM to 3 PM with a small crew, requiring you to be a self-starter. Your role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, operating CNC mills, and understanding G&M codes. You will be responsible for safely loading and unloading castings and raw materials in CNC machinery, utilizing gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements, and performing tool wear offsets. Responsibilities: • Read and interpret blueprints. • Properly and safely load and unload castings and raw materials in CNC machinery. • Use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements. • Understand, interpret, and edit G-code programming. • Recognize, deploy, and properly use inserts, fixtures, and tooling. • Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery. • Set up and operate a CNC mill. • Hold tolerances to the 1000th. • Work with aluminum. • Operate Haas and Fanuc machines. • Perform quality checks using gauges, micrometers, and calipers. • Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions. Essential Skills: • Proficiency in setting up machines. • Ability to live edit machinery. • Understanding of X, Y, 0 points. • Basic understanding of G&M Codes. • Ability to run 2 machines simultaneously. • Experience with CNC milling machines. CNC Machining Tech

Now hiring a CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC mills and lathes. Applicants must have five plus years of experience. This is for a full-time position, including full benefits. Responsibilities of the CNC Machinist: • Planning machining processes by reviewing blueprints, engineering drawings, and material requirements. • Use precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications. • Make necessary adjustments to the CNC machine to optimize performance and production. • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts. • Program mills by entering instructions. • Maintaining specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations. • Follow safety procedures and regulations. • Preventive maintenance requirements on equipment. CNC Machine Operator

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our growing team on the day shift. If you have experience with CNC milling (lathe experience is also a plus) and enjoy working on small production runs where attention to detail matters, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In our custom job shop, no two days are exactly the same – you’ll set up fixtures and tooling, work with Haas machines using Fanuc controls, and collaborate closely with our production team to deliver high-quality, precision components to our customers.
