We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our growing team on the day shift. If you have experience with CNC milling (lathe experience is also a plus) and enjoy working on small production runs where attention to detail matters, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In our custom job shop, no two days are exactly the same – you’ll set up fixtures and tooling, work with Haas machines using Fanuc controls, and collaborate closely with our production team to deliver high-quality, precision components to our customers. Key Responsibilities • Set up and change tooling for CNC mill operations • Load and unload Haas machines with Fanuc controls • Use precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers, to verify part accuracy and quality • Read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings to guide machining setup and inspection • Minimize raw material waste through effective offcut management • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards • Communicate with programmers, production planners, and supervisors to maintain schedules and resolve issues • Proactively identify and escalate potential quality concerns • Perform additional duties as assigned • What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of experience operating and setting up CNC machines (milling experience preferred, lathes considered) • High school diploma required; additional technical training or certification is preferred • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints • Comfortable working with both imperial and metric systems • Experience with logic controllers is a strong asset • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in both hands-on work and documentation Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Simple IRA w/ 3% company match • Employee Only Health insurance - 100% company paid • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Referral program Schedule: Day shift; Monday to Friday- Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: • * Overtime pay • Quarterly bonus Work Location: In person Click the link to apply.
