Job Summary The Commercial HVAC Install Helper will assist with daily tasks that include removal of old equipment, and installation of new heating and cooling equipment. The Install Helper will assist the Install Lead to ensure that all installations and removals are done in a safe manner while ensuring accuracy on all projects. Essential Functions • Effectively assist Leads on new installations and removal of all HVAC equipment. • Ensuring all jobs are completed in a safe manner. • Demonstrate ability to work with little to no supervision. • Adherence to proper codes and standards; maintained records and files regarding HVAC installation. • Ensure all necessary paperwork is accurate and completed in a timely manner. • Maintain a neat and clean appearance.
