They are responsible for examining blueprints, diagnosing and fixing issues, performing routine maintenance, and providing technical direction and training. Key Responsibilities: • Installing and repairing various air quality systems, such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. • Locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, such as mechanical and electrical issues. • Conducting warranty services and emergency repairs on certain equipment items. • Performing system maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, cleaning, adjusting, and fixing. • Delegating and directing the activities of outside contractors where needed including setting priorities, performing quality control checks and certifying invoices. • Completion of electronic or paper-based records of maintenance tasks. • Planning and directing maintenance operations under supervision. • Problem solving for the team. • Instructing team members on proper maintenance techniques and providing hands on training.
