HVAC Technician

Promanco, a Real Estate Management, Development and Construction company based in Marietta, OH is seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic Technician to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems. We are interested in talking to you if you have HVAC experience, or training and understanding of the basic fundamentals of HVAC tools and equipment; or you have a higher-level of HVAC experience. HVAC Technician Responsibilities: • Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. • Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. • Cleaning and repairing systems. • Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. • Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. • Complying with service standards and work instructions. • During down times, when there is no HVAC work, this position assists with other buildings & grounds maintenance activities. • Other duties as assigned. HVAC Technician Requirements: • High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent. • Understanding of basic fundamentals of tools and HVAC equipment. • Experience as an HVAC technician a plus, along with a willingness to continue education / training in HVAC field. • Working knowledge of boiler systems preferred. • Proficient in reading schematics and work plans. • Valid driver’s license. • Great written, verbal and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work after hours on weekends and on holidays with short or no notice. • Ability to work in confined spaces. • Ideal candidates will be patient and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.
