We are interested in talking to you if you have HVAC experience, or training and understanding of the basic fundamentals of HVAC tools and equipment; or you have a higher-level of HVAC experience. HVAC Technician Responsibilities: • Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. • Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. • Cleaning and repairing systems. • Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. • Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. • Complying with service standards and work instructions. • During down times, when there is no HVAC work, this position assists with other buildings & grounds maintenance activities. • Other duties as assigned.
