HVAC Trained Installer Requirements: • 2 or more year of HVAC Installer experience • Drivers License • US work authorization HVAC Installer Responsibilities: • Finish all work within the allocated time for the job • Represent yourself consistent with Medcalf standards for punctuality, experience, and appearance • Remove and replace equipment in a safe and efficient manner • Provide an amazing experience for your customer on every job • Perform all installations to the Medcalf standard of picture-perfect installations • Follow the appropriate checklist for all jobs • Perform all work so that it complies to all municipal code requirements • Actively participate in ongoing technical training Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools • Fantastic organizational and time management skills • Strong decision-making and problem- solving skills • Meticulous attention to detail.
