The Role: Our HVAC Install Leads are responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and other equipment following manufacture specifications and company requirements. Their priority is the customer, educating them on their new equipment and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home. Our HVAC Install Leads can earn over $100k with Crew Pay + Warranty Bonus Potential. If your hourly rate exceeds your crew pay for the week- then you will be paid your hours worked- ensuring you get whatever is best for you that week!
